The organisms are defined as those micro-organisms that show growth under certain conditions. The system that LEGEND utilizes restricts the assay to Enterobacteriaceae species only. \u00a0\u00a0Assaying for the presence of these bacteria involve growing on selective media and observing the appearance of the plate.<\/p><p><strong><u>Yeast and Fungi (Mold)<\/u><\/strong> are aerobic organisms that readily grow on plant materials and food stuffs particularly if the water activity and temperature conditions are met.\u00a0 <em>Aspergillus species <\/em>are particularly of concern because of their ability to cause illness in immune-compromised individuals.<em> \u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-eb974c1 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"eb974c1\" data-element_type=\"section\"
